CVL Cosmetics S.A is specialized in the manufacturing, distribution and marketing of luxury and high quality cosmetics and beauty products (skincare and fragrances) and rightful owner of proprietary trademarks.

By accessing and using the website of Valmont ("Valmont","we", "us", "our"), you ("user", "you", "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these terms of use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the website after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website. A detailed description of Valmont Products is available when looking at each Valmont Product individually on the Online-Shop. Valmont Online-Shop format requires you to play an active role.

6. Procurement, Shipment and Fulfillment


6.1 Partner with Global-E

We have partnered with Global-E to manage the end to end procurement process of our products. When you place an order, Global-E will handle the fulfillment and delivery process.

GLOBAL-E FRANCE SAS, registered with the Register of Companies of Paris under number 818.358.459, with registered office located at 320 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France (“Global-e”, “we”, "our" or "us") is Valmont ’s sales facilitation and e-commerce partner. 

Therefore, Valmont has an agreement with Global-e allowing Global-e to act as the merchant of record, in Global-e’s name and on behalf of Valmont to make the Valmont products available to you for purchase through the checkout (the “Valmont Products” or “Products”).

By placing your order to purchase one or more Products (each, an “Order”) through the checkout, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Sale and the Privacy and Cookies Policy available at: Consumer Privacy Policy (global-e.com) and: Cookies Policy (global-e.com) (which are available on the checkout as well) (together, “Terms”) in their entirety, as well as the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and terms of use of Valmont available on the Online-Shop (what you’re reading now), and you agree to be bound by them. These Terms define your legal relationship regarding the checkout, the placement of Orders, and the purchase of Products underlying such Orders.

If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not complete your Order.

These Terms are entered into force in the English language and governed by it. You agree that any translation, if provided, is available for your convenience only (unless otherwise required by applicable law).

Shipping terms, including delivery times, shipping costs, and any applicable customs duties, will be specified at the time of purchase. Global-E's terms and conditions will apply to the shipping services they provide.

We do not warrant that the website will operate error-free or that the website and its servers are free of computer viruses or other harmful material. We shall not be liable for any damages of whatsoever nature arising from the use of this website. Valmont's other legal rights remain unaffected. Valmont is authorized to take appropriate measures itself to defend against third-party claims or to assert its rights. You agree to assist Valmont in the judicial and extrajudicial resolution of such disputes with third parties, while Valmont retains the exclusive right to litigate and the right to conclude judicial and extrajudicial settlements.

Valmont is not obligated to verify that your user content does not potentially infringe the rights of third parties and/or violate the law. 9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Swiss Confederation excluding United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, without prejudice to mandatory provisions, particularly the law of the state in which you usually reside, insofar as you are a consumer. . You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Valmont and you for any purpose concerning these Terms or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
