TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Valmont Contest – “Évasion d’Été” at Le Bon Marché
SECTION 1 – CONTEST ORGANIZATION
This contest is organized by CVL Cosmetics SOUTH MIDDLE EUROPE, SL, whose registered office is located at 30 Rue Auguste Piccard, Technoparc du Pays-de-Gex, FR-01630 Saint Genis Pouilly, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Bourg-en-Bresse under number SIREN: 827 605 700 RCS Bourg en Bresse (hereinafter the “Organizer”).
This contest called “Évasion d’Été avec Valmont” is organized exclusively at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche, in Paris, France. It runs from July 1st, 2025 (00:00 CET) to Sept 1st, 2025 (23:59 CET).
The contest is organized as a prize draw among eligible participants.
Winners will be selected by a random draw, conducted using a computer process that ensures verifiable, random results, during the first week of September 2025.
SECTION 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
To enter the contest, participants must:
- Be natural persons aged 18 years or older
- Have completed an in-store purchase of Valmont products for a minimum amount of 350€ at Le Bon Marché during the contest period
- Fill out the physical participation form available at the Valmont stand in-store
- Accept the terms and conditions of the contest and agree to the optional marketing consent clauses
Only one participation per person is permitted throughout the contest period.
Employees of the Organizer, Le Bon Marché, or associated partners, as well as their family members or anyone involved in the creation or execution of the contest, are not eligible to participate.
Participation implies full acceptance of these rules without reservation.
SECTION 3 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
To participate:
- Make a Valmont purchase of 350€ or more at Le Bon Marché
- Fill in the contest form in-store at the Valmont stand (first and last name, email address, phone number, city and postal code)
- Submit the completed form to the designated Valmont representative on site
Only correctly completed forms submitted during the contest period will be eligible. No online entry is accepted.
SECTION 4 – SELECTION OF AND NOTIFICATION TO THE WINNERS
Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries during the first week of September 2025.
Winners will be contacted by email and/or phone using the details provided on the form.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, or fails to claim the prize, the Organizer reserves the right to assign the prize to another randomly selected participant.
SECTION 5 – PRIZES
Grand Prize (1 winner)
- A one-night stay in a Junior Suite for 2 people at Château de la Messardière in Saint-Tropez Prize value: approx. 2,500€ (depending on availability and off-peak season – excluding June 15 to August 20).
Additional exclusive Valmont prizes:
- Soin cabine Valmont (45 minutes) at Le Bon Marché – Value: 145€
- Palazzo Nobile 100 ml perfume – Value: approx. 490€
- Miniatures and discovery sets (skincare samples, duo kits, etc.) – Value: 50€–350€
Prizes cannot be exchanged for their monetary value or replaced by other rewards. The Organizer reserves the right to replace any prize with one of equal or greater value.
SECTION 6 – DELIVERY OF PRIZES
The grand prize winner will be contacted directly by Valmont to arrange the stay at Château de la Messardière.
Other prizes will be collected in-store at Le Bon Marché or sent by post if the winner is unable to return.
The Organizer cannot be held responsible for lost, unclaimed, or returned prizes.
