ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER 
The company VOTRE MARQUE, a duly registered company with its registered office located at [legal address to be completed] (hereinafter the “Organizer”), is organizing a free, no-purchase-necessary sweepstakes titled “VOTRE MARQUE Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”). 
ARTICLE 2 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES 
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. 
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. 
ARTICLE 3 – ELIGIBILITY 
The Sweepstakes is open to clients with no purchase obligation. 
Eligible participants must: 
Be a natural person aged 18 or older at the time of entry 
Reside in one of the participating countries 
Have a valid email address 
Excluded from participation: 
Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, agencies, and their immediate family members. 
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. 
Any fraudulent or automated entry made using scripts, bots, or any system intended to circumvent the rules will be deemed invalid and will result in disqualification. 
The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residency from any participant or winner to verify eligibility. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in disqualification.

Online participation via LMV.com is open worldwide except in jurisdictions where such promotional operations are prohibited or restricted by law. 

ARTICLE 5 – HOW TO ENTER 
Participation is completed via QR code in participating stores or via LMV.com. 
Only one entry per person is permitted across all channels. 
ARTICLE 6 – SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD 
From March 2, 2026 to April 27, 2026. 

ARTICLE 7 – PRIZES 
7.1 Europe Prizes (Verbier or Barcelona) 
Each prize consists exclusively of: 
Round-trip economy transportation for two (2) people from the winner’s place of residence to the destination determined by the Organizer 
Two (2) nights accommodation for two (2) people at a VOTRE MARQUE Residence in Verbier (Switzerland) or Barcelona (Spain) 
Breakfast for two (2) during the stay 
One (1) spa treatment for two (2) people at the Residence spa 
Not included: 
Meals other than breakfast, local transportation, insurance, additional activities, personal expenses, local taxes if applicable, and any cost not expressly listed. 

7.2 United States Prizes (Staycation) 
Prizes consist of a one-night stay for two (2) people, depending on entry location: 
One night at The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel (New York), if entered via La Maison Valmont New York 
or 
One night at Hotel Bel-Air (Los Angeles), if entered via La Maison Valmont Beverly Hills 
Each prize includes: 
One (1) night for two (2) people 
Breakfast and dinner for two (2) people up to a maximum of 500CHF (or USD equivalent), including alcohol unless otherwise specified. 
One (1) spa treatment per person 
Not included: 
Transportation to hotel, transfers, insurance, additional activities, personal expenses, tips, additional taxes, and any cost not expressly included. 

ARTICLE 7 BIS – TRAVEL PRIZE CONDITIONS 
Each prize constitutes a promotional travel package subject to the following conditions: 
Air travel is economy class only 
Travel must occur within a period set by the Organizer 
Failure to book within the specified timeframe results in forfeiture 
Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary 
Guest must be of legal age or have required authorizations 
Valid travel documents are the sole responsibility of winner and guest 
Prize is personal, non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable 
Cannot be combined with other promotions 
Not eligible for loyalty programs 
No compensation if winner travels alone 
No modifications will result in refund or credit 
All non-included expenses remain the winner’s responsibility 
Organizer not responsible for delays, cancellations, force majeure, or travel disruptions 
Unused portions are forfeited without compensation 
The Organizer reserves the right, if circumstances require, to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value without liability. 

ARTICLE 8 – WINNER SELECTION 
Random draw conducted in early May 2026. 
This promotion is a sweepstakes and not a lottery. 

ARTICLE 9 – WINNER NOTIFICATION 
Winners will be notified by email. 
If no response is received within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected. 
Winners may be required to sign an eligibility affidavit, liability release, and any documentation required by applicable law prior to prize delivery. 

ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY 
The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, cancellations, or force majeure events affecting participation or prize use. 

ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION 
The processing of your personal data is subject to the applicable data protection principles. Your personal data is processed solely for the purposes described in these Rules, and participation in the contest constitutes consent to such processing. 
Your personal data is shared only within the group for the purposes pursued at the time of collection. By participating, you also consent that, if you are selected as a winner, your personal data may be transferred to third-party partners strictly for the purpose of awarding and delivering the prize. 
In accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), participants have the right to access, rectify, object to, restrict the processing of, and request the deletion of their personal data. 
Any request relating to the exercise of these rights, including a request for deletion of personal data, may be sent to: privacy@evalmont.com. 

ARTICLE 12 – GOVERNING LAW 
This Sweepstakes is governed by Swiss law. 
For EU and UK residents, mandatory local consumer protection laws remain applicable. 
For U.S. residents, the Sweepstakes is void where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

ARTICLE 13 – TAXES 
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes in their country of residence. 

ARTICLE 14 – GENERAL CONDITIONS 
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes in case of force majeure, fraud, or technical failure. 
All decisions are final and binding. 
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. 

ARTICLE 15 – PUBLICITY RELEASE 
Unless the winner objects in writing within seven (7) days of notification, the winner grants the Organizer the right to use their first name, last initial, city of residence, image, and any statements regarding the prize for promotional and communication purposes worldwide, on any media, for a period of two (2) years, without additional compensation.
