PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE VALMONT LOYALTY PROGRAMME CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAMME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ANY TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAMME.
1. Programme Overview & Membership Eligibility
1.1 Programme Overview
The Valmont Loyalty Programme (“Programme”) is offered by Valmont (“Valmont”, “we”, “our” or “us”) to recognise and reward loyal customers for their engagement with the Valmont Maison and their purchases at participating retail locations.
The Programme is designed to provide members with exclusive access to personalised benefits, luxury experiences, and privileged opportunities, including but not limited to masterclasses, private events, pre-sale access, VIP experiences and personalised treatments.
The Programme is currently available only through the following participating Valmont retail partners: Harrods, Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and Samaritaine (the “Retail Partners”).
The Programme may be extended to additional retail partners at Valmont’s discretion.
1.2 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following capitalised terms shall have the meanings set out below:

“Loyalty Points” means the points awarded to Members for Eligible Purchases in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
“Member” means an individual who has successfully enrolled in the Programme in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
“Membership Period” means the twelve (12) month period of participation in the Programme commencing on the Member's enrolment date or such other date as may be confirmed by Valmont.
“Programme” means the Valmont Loyalty Programme governed by these Terms and Conditions.
“Retail Partner” means a retailer participating in the Programme and designated by Valmont as an authorised enrolment and participation location for the Programme.
“Tier” means a membership level within the Programme determined by the cumulative number of Loyalty Points earned by a Member during a Membership Period.
1.3 Membership Eligibility
The Programme is available to individuals for personal use only. Membership is free of charge and is limited to one account per individual.
The Programme may not be used for commercial purposes, resale activities or purchases made on behalf of third parties. Valmont reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate membership where it reasonably suspects that the Programme is being used for resale, fraudulent, abusive or commercial purposes.
By enrolling in the Programme, Members agree to these Terms and Conditions and any future modifications communicated by Valmont.
2. Programme Enrolment
2.1 Registration
Eligible customers may enrol in the Programme through the Retail Partners by providing the required personal information requested at registration, i.e. full name, email address, telephone number and city and country of residence, and by accepting these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Customer Information
Members are responsible for ensuring that their personal information is accurate, complete and up to date.
Valmont may process personal information collected at enrolment and through Programme participation, such as purchase history, Loyalty Points balance, tier status and benefit eligibility, in accordance with Article 11 of these Terms and Conditions, Valmont’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
2.3 Membership Account
Each membership account is personal and cannot be transferred, shared, sold or combined with another account.
The Member’s account and all associated Loyalty Points, Tier status and benefits belong exclusively to the registered Member.
3. How the Programme Works
3.1 Earning Loyalty Points
Members earn Loyalty Points based on Eligible Purchases made at a Retail Partner store.
Members will receive:
1 Loyalty Point = €1 / £1 spent.
Loyalty Points are not subject to currency conversion or equalisation between currencies.
Loyalty Points are calculated on the Eligible Purchase value actually paid by the Member, including VAT, after deduction of any refunds, cancellations, excluded charges or other adjustments made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Excluded amounts include shipping fees, gift wrapping charges and similar ancillary charges.
Only Eligible Purchases made after enrolment in the Programme are eligible for accrual of Loyalty Points.
3.2 Store-Specific Loyalty Programme
The Valmont Loyalty Programme operates as a store-specific programme.
Customers may only be enrolled through one participating Retail Partner at any given time and may not hold multiple active Programme memberships across different Retail Partners simultaneously.
A Member’s account, Loyalty Points balance, Tier status and rewards are linked to the specific participating Valmont Retail Partner through which the Member enrolled.
Loyalty Points and benefits accumulated through one Retail Partner cannot be transferred, combined or used through another Retail Partner.
4. Loyalty Tiers
4.1 Tier Structure
The Valmont Loyalty Programme is a tier-based programme designed to recognise customers according to their level of engagement with the Maison.
Members progress through Tiers according to the cumulative number of valid Loyalty Points earned during a Membership Period.
The proposed Tiers are:
GOLD
1,000 – 2,999 Loyalty Points
PLATINUM
3,000 – 4,999 Loyalty Points
DIAMOND
5,000 – 9,999 Loyalty Points
PRIVILEGE
10,000+ Loyalty Points
4.2 Tier Recognition
Upon reaching a new Tier, members become eligible for the benefits and experiences associated with that Tier, subject to availability, location-specific limitations and these Terms and Conditions.
5. Tier Benefits and Reward Eligibility
5.1. Tier Benefits & Exclusive Experiences
Members may receive access to exclusive Valmont experiences according to their achieved Tier.
Benefits may include, but are not limited to:
- Invitations to Valmont masterclasses
- Private Maison events
- Exclusive product previews and pre-sales
- VIP experiences
- Personalised beauty consultations
- Exclusive treatments
- Access to special occasions organised by Valmont or participating retailers
Benefits are personal to the Member and may only be used by the Member to whom they are allocated. Benefits are not transferable, may not be sold, exchanged or converted into cash, and may not be combined with other benefits, offers or promotions.
Benefits are subject to availability and may vary depending on location, Retail Partner and Tier level.
Valmont may adapt or substitute specific benefits where necessary due to stock limitations, operational constraints, retailer constraints or Programme evolution.
Certain benefits, including treatments, beauty consultations and events, may only be available at selected locations and may require prior booking. Where a benefit includes a treatment and the participating Retail Partner through which the Member enrolled does not have treatment cabins, Valmont will arrange a booking at the nearest Valmont location offering the relevant treatment, subject to availability.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Members are responsible for all costs associated with accessing or using Programme benefits, including travel, transport, accommodation, meals and personal expenses.
5.2. Eligibility for Rewards and Benefits
Subject to availability and any conditions specified by Valmont from time to time, members may become eligible for selected rewards and benefits based on the cumulative number of Loyalty Points earned during the applicable Membership Period. The Loyalty Point thresholds required for particular rewards or benefits shall be determined by Valmont and may vary depending on the reward or benefit concerned.
Physical rewards and gifts made available through the Programme cannot be shipped and must be collected in person at the participating Retail Partner location or such other collection point as may be designated by Valmont.
5.3 Effect of Reward Eligibility
The receipt of a reward or benefit shall not result in any deduction, reduction or forfeiture of Loyalty Points previously earned during the applicable Membership Period. Instead, Members shall continue to accumulate Loyalty Points through Eligible Purchases during the applicable Membership Period.
6. Membership Period, Loyalty Points Validity, & Tier Progression
6.1 Membership Period
Each Member's participation in the Programme is valid for one Membership Period.
Participation in the Programme does not renew automatically upon expiry of the Membership Period. Members wishing to continue participating in the Programme following the expiry of a Membership Period must enrol again in accordance with the enrolment procedures applicable at that time.
6.2 Loyalty Points Validity and Reset
Loyalty Points earned during a Membership Period are valid only during that Membership Period.
During the Membership Period, Loyalty Points accumulate on a cumulative basis and shall not be reduced as a result of the receipt of rewards or benefits.
At the end of each Membership Period, any unused Loyalty Points shall expire automatically, and the member’s Loyalty Points balance shall reset to zero. For avoidance of doubt, unused Loyalty Points shall not be carried over into any subsequent Membership Period.
6.3 Tier Progression During the Membership Period
During each Membership Period, Members may progress to a higher Tier by accumulating the number of valid Loyalty Points required for that Tier. Tier progression shall be based on the cumulative number of Loyalty Points earned by the Member during the relevant Membership Period.
Once a Member has achieved a Tier, that Tier shall remain associated with the Member for the remainder of the relevant Membership Period, unless adjusted pursuant to Article 7.
6.5 Non-Renewal or Termination
If a Member does not renew their membership following the expiry of a Membership Period, voluntarily terminates their membership, or if their membership is terminated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Member shall lose access to the Programme, including any unused Loyalty Points, unused benefits and Tier privileges, without compensation.
Unless Valmont has another lawful basis for retaining or processing the relevant personal data, including the Member's separate consent to receive marketing communications, personal data collected solely for the administration of the Programme shall be deleted or anonymised in accordance with Valmont's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Loyalty Point Adjustments
If an Eligible Purchase is returned, cancelled or refunded, Valmont reserves the right to deduct or cancel the corresponding Loyalty Points credited to the Member’s account. Any such deduction or cancellation may affect the Member’s Loyalty Points balance, Tier status and eligibility for Programme benefits where the corresponding Loyalty Points are no longer supported by an Eligible Purchase.
Where Loyalty Points or benefits have been awarded in error or as a result of misuse, fraud or incorrect information, Valmont may cancel the relevant Loyalty Points or benefits and make any corresponding adjustment to the Member’s account.
8. Programme Integrity
Loyalty Points, Tier status, rewards and benefits:
- Are personal to the Member
- Cannot be transferred or sold
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be combined between accounts
In the event of any discrepancy concerning enrolment, Loyalty Points balance, Tier status, benefit eligibility or history, Valmont’s records shall prevail unless the Member demonstrates a manifest error.
Valmont reserves the right to cancel Loyalty Points, refuse benefits, downgrade Tier status, suspend or terminate membership where it suspects fraud, abuse, misuse of the Programme or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Programme Changes & Termination
Valmont reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate all or part of the Programme, including eligibility criteria, Loyalty Points allocation, Tier structure and benefits, participating retail locations and Programme mechanics.
Valmont will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice of material changes affecting Loyalty Points validity, Tier structure, benefits or Programme availability, where reasonably possible.
If a Member chooses to leave the Programme, or if the Member’s participation is terminated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, all unused Loyalty Points, unused benefits and access to Programme advantages shall be cancelled without compensation, payment or replacement benefit.
10. Privacy
10.1 Processing of Personal Data
Valmont processes personal data collected through the Programme, including full name, email address, telephone number, city and country of residence, purchase history, Loyalty Points balance, Tier status, benefit eligibility and Programme communications, for the purposes of administering the Programme, managing membership, calculating Loyalty Points and Tier status, providing benefits, preventing fraud or misuse, responding to Member requests and complying with legal obligations.
10.2 Programme Communications

These communications form part of the Programme and are not optional marketing communications.
10.3 Marketing Communications
Consent to receive marketing communications is separate from participation in the Programme. Members may choose whether to receive marketing communications from Valmont and may withdraw their consent at any time without affecting their Programme membership, subject to the continued receipt of Programme communications necessary to administer the membership.
10.4 Retail Partners and Service Providers
Where the Programme is operated through Retail Partners, Valmont and the relevant Retail Partner may process and share personal data to the extent necessary to administer the Programme, record eligible purchases, calculate Loyalty Points, provide benefits and manage Member communications. Valmont may also use service providers to operate the Programme, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10.5 Retention
Valmont shall retain personal data collected through the Programme for as long as necessary for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions and in Valmont’s Privacy Policy, including to administer membership, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce these Terms and Conditions.
Further information regarding the processing of personal data, including data subject rights and other privacy-related matters not specifically addressed in these Terms and Conditions, is available in Valmont's Privacy Policy www.lamaisonvalmont.com/fr/privacy-cookies-policy .
