TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SECTION 1 – CONTEST ORGANIZATION

This contest is organized by CVL Cosmetics SOUTH MIDDLE EUROPE, SL, whose registered office is located at 30 Rue Auguste Piccard, Technoparc du Pays-de-Gex, FR-01630 Saint Genis Pouilly registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Bourg-en-Bresse under number SIREN: 827 605 700 RCS Bourg en Bresse (hereinafter the “Organizer”) and visible on lamaisonvalmont.com website.

By participating in the contest, the user (hereinafter the “Participant”) accepts these conditions of participation.

This contest called “LBM POPUP CONTEST 2” with purchase obligation of minimum 1200€ is organized on from 05th to 24th of March 2024 during the Valmont Popup Event in Le Bon Marche, Paris.

This contest is organized in the form of a prize draw competition.

The participants get a chance to win trip to our Residence Valmont, Casa Maxence in Barcelona in 2024.

Price of the prize: 2500€

 

SECTION 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

This is a free contest opened to any adult natural person with a valid email address, and being able to go to Barcelona to live the experience of the Residence Valmont - except for members of the organizing company and their families, as well as any persons who participated in the development of the contest.

The mere fact of participating in this contest implies the outright acceptance, without reservation, of these regulations.

 

SECTION 3 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

The contest is communicated in Le Bon Marche, Paris only during Valmont PopUp animation event from 05th to 24th of March 2024.

Participation to the contest is as follows:

The participants fill contact details in a form. Elligible to participate for every purchase of 1200€ minimum.

 

The winner will be informed by phone during the week of March, 25th. Participants have to accept and confirm that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions and privacy policy. They also accept the contest terms and conditions. (this page) They can use the unsubscribe link in our emails to opt out at any time.

Only one entry is allowed per person with the same email address and country - throughout the contest period.

 

SECTION 4 – DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

There is only 1 winner. The winner will be informed by phone during the week of March, 25th.

 

SECTION 5 – PRIZES

A trip to Casa Maxence, The Residence Valmont, in Barcelona

  • Address: will be given only to the winner
  • For 2 people only
  • 3 days and 2 nights offered during the week (no weekend possibilities) – availabilities upon request only in 2024.
  • With 1 treatment cabine included by participant
  • Breakfasts included
  • Transfert Residence/Airport included
  • Free time, food and activities on-site and outside of the Residence, in Barcelona are not take in charge by Valmont except for breakfast and 1 treatment cabine for each participant

 

SECTION 6 – IDENTIFICATION OF THE WINNERS AND ELIMINATION OF PARTICIPATION

The participants authorize the verification of their identity and all the information on the participation form. Participants whose form is not fully completed and/or with incomplete or false contact information will not be taken into consideration and will lead to the elimination of participation.

Likewise, non-compliance with these regulations as well as any fraud or attempted cheating, regardless of its form, will purely and simply result in the participant’s elimination from the Game.

 

SECTION 7 – DISPUTES AND LIABILITY

Participation in this contest implies unreserved acceptance of all the regulations. If one or more provisions of these General Regulations are declared null or inapplicable, the other clauses will retain their full force and scope. The ORGANIZING company will be the sole arbiter of any dispute relating to the contest. No telephone or written request concerning the interpretation or application of these regulations, the mechanisms or terms of the contest, as well as the list of winners, will be answered. In the event of a dispute, only a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt will be admissible within one month after the announcement of the results. The ORGANIZING company reserves the right, if circumstances require it, to shorten, extend, modify or cancel this contest in compliance with Section 6. It cannot be held liable in this respect. The ORGANIZING company may cancel or suspend all or part of the contest if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form, in particular in an electronic manner as part of participation in the contest. It reserves, in this case, the right not to award the prize to the fraudster and/or to prosecute the perpetrator(s) of these frauds before the competent courts.

 

SECTION 8 – PERSONAL DATA

The personal information collected as part of this contest is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, and European Regulation no. 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (GDPR).

By completing the contest form, the Participant authorizes the organizing company to collect the following personal data : first name, surname, email address birthday date, gender and country/language. All participants in the contest as well as their legal representative if they are minors, have the right to access, correct, and delete data concerning them. Any request for access, rectification or opposition must be sent to the ORGANIZING company, accompanied by proof of identity, by email to privacy@evalmont.com.

The organizing company undertakes not to sell, rent, assign or give access to third parties to the data without having previously received the consent of the participant, unless it is forced to do so for a legitimate reason (legal obligation, fight against fraud or abuse, exercise of the rights of defense, etc.).

The organizing company process the data for the purpose of managing the contest. The organizing company is responsible for the processing of personal data that may be collected.

The personal data collected will be used to send newsletters from lamaisonvalmont.com if the participant accepts it.

Your personal data is processed by the Organizing Company, acting as the recipient and data controller, in accordance with the applicable Swiss, European and English data protection regulations.

By completing the form and sending the documents required to ensure your participation in our contest, you consent to our processing and collecting your personal data.

They are exclusively intended for the Organizing Company for the sole purpose of taking into account your participation in the contest, the management of winners, the allocation of prizes and to meet legal and regulatory obligations. Your data may also be used for marketing purposes, subject to your agreement.

Your personal data is transferred to our marketing and communication departments, as well as to service providers and subcontractors that the Organizing Company may use for organizing and/or managing the contest. These subcontractors are located in the European Union.

You can withdraw your consent at any time.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and transfer your data, to limit and oppose the processing of your data and the right to define guidelines for the fate of your personal data after your death. To exercise these rights, please submit your request to privacy@evalmont.com.

 

SECTION 9 - LIABILITY

Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, the absence of protection of certain data against possible misuse or hacking and risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network. The organizing company accepts no direct or indirect liability in the event of misuse or incident related to the use of the computer, Internet access, maintenance or malfunction of the contest servers, the telephone line or any other technical connection, the sending of forms to an incorrect or incomplete address.

It is the responsibility of every participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any damage.

The organizing company will make every effort to allow access to the contest. The organizing company may, at any time, in particular for technical, update or maintenance reasons, interrupt access to the website and the contest. The organizing company will in no way be responsible for these interruptions and their consequences. No compensation may be claimed in this respect.

In addition, the organizing company may in no case be held liable in the event of problems of delivery or loss of postal or electronic mail (in particular with regard to the delivery of prizes). Any prize sent by the organizing company to a winner that is not claimed or returned for any other reason by the postal services, will be deemed unclaimed by the winner and will revert to the organizing company. The organizing company cannot be held liable for the poor functioning of the Internet network, nor for any delay, loss or damage resulting from postal and management services.

 

SECTION 10 – INTELLECTUAL, LITERARY AND ARTISTIC PROPERTY RIGHTS

The images used on the contest  website, the objects represented, the trademarks and trade names mentioned, the graphic and computer elements and databases making up the contest website are the exclusive property of their respective holders and cannot be extracted, reproduced or used without the written authorization of the latter, under penalty of civil and/or criminal proceedings."
